Every morning I have 3/4 eggs scrambled with coconut milk and half a tin of beans. Hardly exciting but a good source of protein after my workout.
I take a packed lunch to work:
- Grilled Chicken fillet
- Green Beans
- Baby Sweetcorn
- Mange Tout
- Spinach

My Music Playlist
When I'm at the gym I have to be listening to music, a good base line gets me through any set. Now I have a pretty varied music taste, from anything from show tunes to rock music, but as I said.... when I'm at the gym I need a heavy baseline (or a catchy pop song)

Staying Active on Holiday
I recently spent a week in Tenerife, and although a holiday is a great time to relax, I still need to stay active. I was thrilled to find out that the hotel I was staying in was equipped with a gym, however once I got there and checked it out I realised it was less of a 'gym' and more of a room with a couple of hand weights.
Obviously my idea of getting in a normal workout wasn't going to happen, but adaptations were made so I still managed to do something.

My Top 5 Outdoor Exercises
Summer is around the corner, so why not take your workout outside!?
My local park has a fitness area with equipment, therefore I have adapted equipment into a few of my exercises, but don't worry they can all be done without equipment.

Walk A Different Path
People find it hard to believe that I enjoy outdoor activities, I take a lot of pride in my appearance when I go for dinner or meet friends in town for drinks... However, there are two sides of me.
Growing up I spent a lot of my spare time in the scouts. Now my scout group wasn't the typical scout group, we still did all the usual things like learning how to tie knots and orienteering but we also went rifle shooting, quad biking, skiing in Switzerland, human bowling, ab-sailing down cliffs and one time we made our own beer. We would spend a lot of weekends /school holidays going camping and I completed my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver, so hiking and being outdoors is second nature to me.
