Banana & Peanut Butter - Overnight Oats

If you're anything like me you don't want to be cooking breakfast, so overnight oats are a great high protein easy healthy option (depending what you use).  You know what they say, time is money ... and who wants to waste money!?

Oatmeal is a great way to start your day, complex carbs are high in fiber and are digested slowly leaving you fuller for longer.  Carbohydrates are a major macronutrient and one of your body's primary sources of energy, meaning a 'carby' breakfast will slowly breakdown throughout the day keeping any mid morning cravings you might have at bay.

Overnight oats are literally as easy as 1, 2, 3 ... so here we go.

What You Need
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tb spoon peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (I don't drink cows milk, so I used coconut)
- 1/2 ts ground cinnamon

Instructions
1. In a bowl mash up your banana with a fork, then mix in the rest of the ingredients.
2. Once mixed, pour into an airtight jar/container and refrigerate over night (hence the name)
3. When ready, give the oats a good stir and you're good to go. You can add toppings if wanted, sliced banana, chocolate flakes etc...
