Ingredients:
- 125grams Lightly Salted Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Flour (I used rice flour, but any type of flour will do)
- 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
- Chocolate (I used 1/4 bar of cooking chocolate, chocolate chips are also fine)
Equipment:
- Mixing Bowl & Spoon
- Tablespoon
- Grease Proof Paper
- Baking Tray
Method:
- Mix the butter until it is creamy
- Add the milk, baking powder and protein powder
- Add the chocolate
- Mix until smooth
- Once it is all mixed together evenly spoon it out onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper
- Put the baking tray in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
- Use a skewer to check that the cookie is cooked all the way through
