All you need is Bananas, the rest of the ingredients can be changed depending on your preference.
First peel and slice your banana, and freeze for 1 - 2 hours.
Put the frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor. Blend until it goes to a smooth and creamy consistency.
I added 2 table spoons of natural greek yogurt to make it thicker, however this is optional.
Mix in 2 table spoons of natural peanut butter and blend.
I topped mine with blueberries and almonds, but once again this is optional and can be substituted for your preferred topping.
